Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
This policy covers Bit Slinger Games and every game we make. If a specific title's practices ever differ, we'll describe that here under its own name.
Information we collect
None, really. Our games have no analytics, no crash reporting, and no tracking code of any kind built in — we don't know how you play, how often, or who you are. If you ever buy something in one of our games, that purchase is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see or store your payment information. The only information we ever receive is what you choose to send us directly, for example by emailing us.
Third-party services
Our games and this website use no third-party services of any kind. Everything — including our fonts — is hosted on our own servers, so no request ever leaves for a third party.
Data retention & deletion
We don't collect data through our games or this website, so there's nothing to retain or delete beyond your own emails to us — which we'll remove on request, just ask. This is straightforward under both GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), since neither has much to say about data that was never collected in the first place.
Children's privacy
Our games are designed for general audiences. Since we don't collect personal information from anyone — including children — there's nothing to protect beyond what's already covered on this page.

Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our practices change, and update the date above.
